Dennis's focus in life has always been service to others. Since 1980 Dennis has worked with a variety of personal development programs. A few examples are personal and organizational coaching based in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and work as a trainer and teaching in the leadership program for Anthony Robbins’ organization for 18 years. He has lectured worldwide
and served as a strategic planning coach for numerous organizations.

He is constantly seeking to expand his understanding of the best ways possible to help individuals and organizations attain fulfillment and success in life. His forte is coaching people to perform in a way that exhibits certainty and confidence about their future success and fulfillment.
