The program provides organizations with a 3-month comprehensive system for developing powerful leaders at EVERY level, while strengthening and supporting their efforts to assess their corporate culture, identify their DESIRED corporate culture, and determine high-impact solutions for bridging the distance between the two.

 

Ultimately, each of these steps yields a healthier, more vital work environment and a stronger bottom line.

And the People First® Cultural Health Assessment is only the FIRST step in the first of three defining phases:

 

 

 

Phase 1:
Assess Organizational Alignment & Readiness for Change

Lannom Worldwide has developed the People First® Cultural Health Assessment survey in an effort to provide leaders with a clear, practical way of understanding their organization’s culture. The Employee/Purpose Partner® survey is administered via the Internet, using a reliable, secure web-based interface. The survey takes roughly 25 minutes to complete, and all results are sent directly to Lannom, Inc., to ensure anonymity. Employees/Purpose Partners® respond to questions regarding the cultural dimensions as outlined in Figure 2. Additionally, we can customize the survey to include additional questions focused on specific areas our clients are interested in targeting.

 

What You Get
Once the data collection phase is complete, the results are organized into a number of different segments. The next step is to ascertain strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s culture, or – in some instances - to compare the cultures of merging institutions.

Phase 2:
Position the Organization for Change

 

  • Generate a Strategic Action Plan that provides a comprehensive communication strategy that will
  • Encourage leadership involvement
  • Determine organizational structure
  • Identify the role of Purpose Partners®/Employees and Management

 

Phase 3:
Initializing the 3-month People First® Leadership & Certification Training to Ensure that All Necessary Support Systems are Properly in Place

 

Once the CHA has been completed and your personal Strategic Action Plan has been created, we design a completely customized 3-month strategic leadership program that compliments your organization’s unique mission statement, core values, and educational initiatives.

 

We begin this training with a comprehensive definition of leadership, before moving on to explain both the philosophy and the practices of the 10 Core Competencies that the men and women who will lead in this new millennium must master.

 

The training is conducted one day each week – in the comfort and convenience of your office – for a span of twelve weeks. The break between each of the training sessions will allow participants to put these skills to work in the proving ground of the workplace and return with their questions to subsequent sessions.

 

  • Program implementation, which includes the development of formal programs and policies to support the new culture
  • Reviewing the organizational structure to insure that it’s in line with the desired corporate culture
  • Focusing on redesigning processes and systems
  • Creating additional strategies and solutions for closing the gap(s) between reality and the desired reality.

I want to personally thank you for the introduction of People First to Kimberly-Clark Professional.  Your enthusiastic approach to leadership development and the awakening of the human spirit is contagious.  We found the entire program to be valuable both in the workplace and at home.

 

We all search for heightened business results, but when within your search you can truly impact and make a difference in the lives of your employees you have accomplished far more than can be reflected on a P&L statement.
