PJ's specialty is in cultural assessment, cultural transformation and cultural integration. PJ has over 25 years of human resources and organizational development experience. She has held a variety of professional leadership positions including Vice President of Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Training and Development for a number of major, international manufacturing firms and health care organizations.

Her experience also includes executive management roles in higher education and various service industries. PJ is dedicated to helping leaders successfully learn to manage change and create a People First® culture. The hallmark of her success has been her ability to work with leaders in creating healthy cultures that create healthy bottom lines.

PJ has been intimately involved in several major acquisitions over the last 15 years and has led acquisition integration teams to successful integration. She has worked with firms across the country to not only assess their current organizational culture but has helped them develop a culture that has improved ROI. PJ has been involved in a number of organizational re-designs and has successfully restructured 3 major organizations.

She has a BS in Organizational Behavior from Lesley College, Cambridge, MA and an MBA from Boston University, Boston, MA. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is adjunct faculty in Organizational Culture and Change at ASU.
